What is Aliocha?

Aliocha is an appetizer  blended with Tuna, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Green Beans, Onions, and Olives combined with Tomato Sauce , soy sauce and seasoned with salt and pepper  -- which are proportioned to create a thick and tasty topping to be served on toast or crackers.  It can be served cold or warm at table or as an hor'dourve.  Some call it the food for the Angels!
